Returns policy and responsibility for the items:

You can cancel an order up to 14 days after receiving the product, as long as the product is in its original packaging + hygiene labels and stickers.

It is not possible to cancel a product purchased for less than NIS 50

Any transaction cancellation will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100 – whichever is lower.

Shipping fees are not considered part of the product cost and are not refundable.
